A Victoria Police spokesperson said investigators found over 600 cannabis plants inside a Mountain Vista Court house and tunnels carved underneath the house after executing a search warrant at around 2pm.

The hydroponic drug lab used to grow the plants on the site has been shut down and the 26-year-old man is assisting police with their enquiries.
