People aware of the hardships and day-to-day life of a disabled person or who are disabled themselves are strongly encouraged to apply.
Expressions of interest will be accepted until Friday 12 June.
Applications must be submitted by completing the expression of interest form on the council website, bawbawshire.vic.gov.au or by emailing the council’s rural access officer Elke Timm at firstname.lastname@example.org.
