Longwarry man caught hooning in Melbourne

A 32-year-old Longwarry man has had his car impounded for 30 days after being caught travelling 50km/h over the limit in Burnley tonight.

Police allege the man was driving his four-wheel-drive at 131km/h in an 80km/h zone on an outbound lane of the Monash Freeway.
The incident occurred at around 7.30pm.
The man is expected to be charged on summons.
