Sand Road servo robbed at gunpoint

A man is alleged to have threatened a Longwarry service station attendant with a hand gun during an armed robbery last month.

A police spokesperson said a man wearing a black hoodie with red face wrap and a baseball cap demanded money from the Caltex attendant.

They took a small amount of cash and left the site on foot.

No physical injuries were reported.

The incident occured at 8.47pm on Tuesday 8 May at the west-bound Sand Road service station.
