VANDALS upturned plants and smashed equipment in the hothouse of Community College Gippsland’s McMillan campus in Warragul on Thursday.

Police told The Warragul Citizen offenders accessed the unlocked hothouse and damaged plants, upturned water tanks and smashed containers of horticultural liquid.

The hothouse is used by the college for hydroponics projects.
