Lardner bushfire: advice for Warragul South, Hallora, Tetoora Road, Topiram, Torwood

THE COUNTRY Fire Authority has advised residents of Warragul South, Hallora, Tetoora Road, Topiram and Torwood of a controlled bushfire burning at Lardner.
The fire started in the Allen Road East/Lardners Track area and smoke may be visible from surrounding areas.
Two vehicles are presently at the scene.

Local crews brought the fire under control this morning and there is no threat to communities, but emergency services have advised residents to stay informed and monitor conditions.
People in the area are advised to review their bushfire survival plans and check neighbours are also monitoring conditions.

We are in Blue Gum Drive Warragul and I have notice a lot of smoke coming from the west- is that due to the controlled bushfire at Ladner? It is really thick.
