Quake north of Trafalgar largely unnoticed in Baw Baw

A 2.2 MAGNITUDE earthquake 26km north east of Warragul went largely unnoticed on Saturday afternoon.

Only one person in Baw Baw reported feeling the tremor which happened at 3.43pm.

Geoscience Australia says the quake occurred at a depth of 8km relative to sea level and emergency services received no reports of damage.
